HELP! I.D. THESE SIGHTS? MILSURP? FIXED LARGE.

my buddy imawoodsman gave me a nice big box of the unusual the unidentifiable and the usual. I'm not sure where the classify these. You can see in the comparison with the penny how large they are there's no markings on them they are magnetic and they do fit the curvature of a barrel.
they're just so darn big the curiosity is killing me....

I sorted some pretty cool stuff. found a spring for a'S&W K Frame.. I had to buy one last'week ($8,35)
