Help identify these old *

Please help with identifying these items. Thanks!
Tongs appear to be of iron, the folding one appears brass with no inscriptions.

The round one is tin and states in part:
'The Union Metallic Cartridge Co.'
'Center Fire Percussion Caps'
'Bridgeport Conn. U.S.A.'

'Thinner Edge' 'Foil Lined'

The 'Leather' Bag has no identifiable markings and measures approx. 5" x 7" in size.

Looks like molds for making round balls. Bag is a "possibles bag or pouch" for carrying shooting accoutrements for a muzzle loader.
