Lake City seems to have been manufacturing 300 BLK on- and off- since around 2014/2015, so it's possible the brass was original production and not converted 223.

Lots of pulled down components on the market. It's entirely possible someone bought this pulled down & primed brass as 5.56 NATO and then trimmed it down for 300 ACC. That'd be my guess.
