So I'm looking to get some better quality mags for my 3.5inch Prodigy and I can't seem to get any helpful information anywhere online regarding the 3.5inch version. Ideally i'd want to get a magazine that fits flush with the grip so the 126mm wouldn't work. Has anyone tried to fit a 120mm magazine in they're 3.5inch prodigy?

You may have to research some Bul or other 2011 magazines.

I don't think Springfield has them yet.
Maybe a 17 round flush floor plate with a cut down spring would work.

Brian Enos forum might be of more help.

Did you end up finding any that worked?

The only mags for the 15round grip prodigy is the prodigy mags… and the staccato c2 16rnd mags.

Those two guns are literally like the only compact 2011 out that doesn’t take proprietary mags

Also pretty much the only difference in mags is the finish

I live in Dallas and work in Marietta, at TruPrep. I have a C2 if you want to try one of the mags in your Prodigy.

As long as it’s the updated double stack c2 they work in the prodigy…. The prodigy is literally a clone of staccatos… built around the staccato mag

You can call Springfield to get this information…120mm 16round mags
