If I'm not mistaken, this was Norfolk during the Sequester. See the 2nd picture, you can make out all 9 if you zoom in.

I am not sure that all nine are the Nimitz class carriers. Some look like the amphibious assault ships(not sure of exact term). Marines use them as mobile bases/mini carriers for Harriers and helicoptors. Still an impressive picture that shows more firepower than most of the remainder of the world's navies(or a single nation's air force) combined!
