There not trying to save the animals there're trying to annoy everybody else with an uppity I can't do this I can't do that routine
They're not trying to save the animals, they're trying to be 'humane' to the animals. By making them starve to death. And fight each other over the limited food.

What I can't quite figure out is why some vegans eat fish.Last time I checked, I think fish classify as living and breathing creatures so that makes them meat doesn't it?

I would be tempted to serve Venison for the foreseeable future.
