Hi Standard HD Military barrel change

Has anyone done this ? I read a wide range of opinions from knock out the old one to you need a full set of specialist equipment or you'll ruin the gun.

Anyone with real life experience here ?

So just removed the pin and drifted from the breech ? How much force needed ?
