Straight from the web site (Vendor):

The subcompact model of the renowned P30 handgun, P30SK (SubKompact) series has all of the sought-after characteristics of the larger frame P30 and P30L pistols but in a more concealable design.

The completely adjustable P30 grip feature — consisting of interchangeable backstraps and lateral grip panels — is replicated in the ultra-compact grip frame of the P30SK. This allows the pistol to be easily modified to fit to any individual user.

And like its larger frame counterparts, the P30SK is available in multiple trigger firing modes including HK’s enhanced double action only “Law Enforcement Modification (LEM).” For the P30SK, the LEM trigger is configured with a “light strike V1” setup — requiring approximately 5.4 pounds-force to pull the trigger.

Other trigger modes include conventional double action/single action (DA/SA) with a serrated decocking button located on the rear of the frame. The DA/SA mode is available with and without dual ambidextrous manual safeties located on the left and right side of the frame. Other ambidextrous controls include dual slide and magazine release levers. Like all P30 pistols, the P30SK features an automatic hammer safety and firing pin safety.

An abbreviated Picatinny rail molded into the front of the frame enables weapon lights, lasers, or other accessories to be easily mounted. All P30SK models have been extensively tested during a three year development process.

Despite their small size, P30SK subcompacts have excellent weight and balance making them naturally pointable, easy to control, and accurate to shoot; currently available in 9 mm.

Plus the hk comes with with 3 dot glow sights correct? Thats a plus right there. Hate the stock glock sights.

Yep, the newer HK's have steel sights that glow very bright when charged with a flashlight.....while the Glocks come with terrible plastic sights. I'd switch them out with Trijicon HD's anyway, but the HK gives you far better sights to begin with.

I would go hk p30sk. Better gun and it takes the p30 mags. But if you already have glocks than a 26 might fit better. Really just comes down to the users preference.

G26. Cheaper mags, more versatile, Glock Smyrna, etc...

I don't really agree that it's more versatile - the HK has several different trigger & safety options while the Glock doesn't. If the user is already in the Glock 'ecosystem', then yeah, you can use the Glock 19/17 mags, but the same thing could be said of the P30/P30L magazines.

Less is more for me. I don't like multiple trigger and safety options. A Glock in .40 is also a .357 Sig and a 9mm with a simple conversion barrel which is both cheap and abundant. Mags are cheaper, usually, and way more abundant. Glock mags are everywhere. Armorers are everywhere. I'll bet there are 100 of them on this site. A million different holster options. A million different aftermarket parts, not that most of them are needed. Familiarity, resale, market, etc...All of these are just a few examples of my definition of versatility. Nothing wrong with an HK. I think they are great weapons, but I prefer Glocks. Just my opinion.

I have handled the p30sk and it's very nice, my LGS had them for 639 but I compared it to my g26 and the UK is a bit heavier than the 26 . Both great guns though
