The MP5 I am most definitely going to shoot the crap out of. Since it was a converted gun, it has no real value IMO, keeping it unfired. I'll probably shoot it more than any other gun I have ever owned.

I have a 4pos, pictogram trigger group for it and will have TSC swap over a Navy barrel on it. I might get the 3pos pictogram Navy group for it as well. I am going to keep it relatively classic/tritonal looking. I have not decided whether to run an optic on it. I have an SP5 that I am in the process of form1'ing. That one I'm going to try out all sorts of set ups. Do the KAC furniture, try different optics. Maybe once I find a set up that I really enjoy with the SP5, I'll replicate it on the MP5.

Here is one I just snapped a pic of 2 sec ago. I've never shot it, as I mainly got it for decoration and nostalgia. Rather than a $2K painting or some expensive vase, I'd rather have artwork that you can use or sell in an apocalypse if need be.

I've never heard of this "Photoroom" thing. I'm fascinated with it now. Endless possibilities. I might buy the pro version, but I'll start with fiddling with the free version. I could just do the white background and photoshop it into whatever background I want. I just cropped out the logo on the one below.

Here is my transferable Billistic Double Pushpin MP5. Today is day 278 on an eform-4, so any day now...
It is from the original owner in as new condition, with the two original 1985 unused mags. Interestingly enough, it came in on a form 3 with HK as the manufacturer and not Billistic. The form 5 prior was also listed HK. I have never seen one and the shop has never seen one. I left that manufacturer info as HK, the same as the papertrail rather than change it to Billistic, so it will be interesting to see what the ATF says about it. When Bill died, he owed about 100 machine gun orders. There was a big lawsuit around it. In 1991, the ATF stepped in and farmed out the inclomplete conversions to an array of other manufacturers such as S&H, Fleming, Qualified. Bill did own post sample mp5s, so the who knows what went down. Both Bill & the original owner are no longer around to ask and get details on. We'll see what the ATF does in the next week or two. It is either going to get denied due to listing an incorrect manufacturer, (Which then I'll have to resubmit the form-4), or it will transfer as an HK.

FYI for anyone looking for a light for an HK45 Compact variant, the Streamlight TLR-7 sub for 1913 rails fits like a glove

Mine had key "3" installed from the factory. Swap that out for key "1" and you're good to go.
