Holster requirement

Should we have one on the books or not?

I now carry in a holster, I spend the first couple of months with a CCW without one, but I finally found a holster that holds my gun sideways on the small of my back and love it, it is comfortable, easy to use, easy to hide.

I think we should not have one, as we already have the ability to sue for negligence and legeslating on top of legislation is stupid. Now I want to hear arguments for both sides of this.

We don't anymore and shouldn't. Less regulation of the matter is better for us all.

no holsters required anymore. I have a problem with the damn thing falling down the leg of my pant now. I must not be gangsta enough to make it work. It might not be required but I need one. : )

You have identified the problem yourself - it's not that the holster is falling down the leg of your pants, you are obviously wearing your pants too high.
