Holsters becoming more expensive?

I havent looked into Gearcraft, currently on the hunt for some Safariland gear or some nice leather but I brought a RDR holster and its pretty good. Only like $40.
Oh will definitely look into that next time as well. Just pulled the trigger on a Tier 1 concealed holster. A buddy of mine has high remarks for it.

I'll check them out. My ever revolving pistol collection will appreciate it I'm sure.
Having a nice holster for every carry gun can get into serious $ in a hurry. I think I have 5 or 6 of the KT's. Not affiliated with them, just a quality holster at a good price. A buddy ordered one for his CZ recently and received it in under 3 weeks.

That's pretty good timing for quality. I'm all about that. With well over 50 some odd pistols it does add up to some serious money!

It isn’t that everyone is charging more, the value of the dollar is declining. These days, USD, more is less.
Fact. But some people are charging more for the same stuff because of popularity. Hell ars are cheap as all get out, yet knights Armament went up 300$ this year. Riddle me that one

One rule of business as I understand it is that when you have too much work, you raise your prices. If people keep buying, you get compensated for your overtime. Otherwise business slows down a bit and let's you catch up. If you have too little business, you lower your prices to get more work. Adjust as needed.

Thats no lie and i dont disagree with the fundamentals of that. I was hopeful that when the ar bottom dropped out, knights would follow suite but they did not. Quite the opposite actually.

I just paid $20 shipped for a very decent carbon fiber IWB holster for my G30...G30 holsters aren't as common as many others, apparently, but after looking at various sites for a decent holster, I decided I would take a chance with flea bay. The guy is down in Jacksonville and I had my holster in 3 days. I have no complaints. It's a very decent holster. He also has a lifetime guarantee.

I'm not paying over $50 for a basic kydex holster.

I prefer loops over a clip, so I will most likely purchase a Cook's or NSR tactical down the road. This one is solid, though, and should be fine. This guy was selling so many of these he went up to $24 shipped after I bought this one. Still a great price...Unbeatable, really. I can send you a link if you want.
