Glad its working for you!! I do notice a little fluctuating in speeds on the actual numbers depending on time of day. Hasn't made any noticeable difference in usage / youtube videos / xbox live etc.
How long did it take you to get the box after they notified you of shipment?
We have been using the new box for a few days now. I've been moving it around to different areas of the house to find the best signal.
No matter where I put it we only get one bar on LTE. Speeds have been about the same or a little slower than our dsl. But it has been more reliable than the dsl (which drops out quite often lately).

I have seen as high as 38mbps download and 6.8mbps upload speeds away from home.

It is solid yellow around here, but our house is surrounded by trees
I got my horspot today, I ordered the Premium package. It took about 10 days to get it., My Windstream max is 1.5 mbs. I never got above about .93 according to the speed test.. With the 4GC hotspot I am getting from about 5 mbs to a max of 23 mbs depending on where I put the unit. It does fluctuate a bit, but it is light years above Windstream. I am cancelling Windstream on Monday.
I joined Amazon Prime and I am able to flawlessly stream movies and tv from there. Not possible with Windstream. I highly recommend 4GC for those in my situation. just make sure you are in a place with good sprint coverage per the data map. Another plus is that it is mobile and can go with you.

Nothing but Windstream is available in Cornelia, and $60/month for crap. It sucks.
I'm really interested in this, more our house in winterville. The internet there sucks but it is 4G LTE with this program. My question is::
