I'm really interested in this, more our house in winterville. The internet there sucks but it is 4G LTE with this program. My question is::

Does anyone Game on a console?? I am a big WOW player for the past 7 years.........will this support playing??????

Yes.
Me and my son played Xbox 1 online over this past weekend without any problems.
It slowed our Netflix some if we did both at the same time but other then that it works good for me

So short version of the story, my home area is only serviced by Windstream for internet. After 3 verified appointments that the technician was a no-show on and fairy tales about my area currently being "upgraded", I finally spoke to someone who at least gave me a version of the truth. There is no room in the box to connect to and they have no idea when/if I will ever be able to get service. Add that to everyone that I know that has it hates it - $50+/month - probably best that they can't hook me up - I'd be mad either way.

So - I'm stuck with outrageously expensive satellite based internet or a hotspot/cell phone tower based 4G LTE service. Everything I found has pretty low data caps and/or very expensive so really not much better then just using my cell phone . . . until I found this service - 4G Community . From what I can tell it runs off Sprint 4G LTE which according to the map has great service at my house, no data cap due to a loophole in their contract, and no throttling.

Anyone have any experience with this company? Probably should have asked this first - but I went ahead and purchased it - turns out to be just over $20/month and that includes the purchase of the hotspot http://www.4gcommunity.org/community-store. After the first year it's $14/month.

Anyway - hope I didn't get scammed - I'm out of other viable options for internet at my house. 14 day return period so I guess we'll see.

I have Windstream! HORRIBLE internet! I have had years and years worth of troubles with it. Very slow, very high latency.... The kicker is that the assholes laid a fiber cable on the corner right in front of my house-yet they are hooking NO ONE up to it! They took a bunch of rural infrastructure money (@30K per mile-from what I heard,) and they are hooking no one up!! Bastards took that money just because-and it's totally not doing a damn thing for anyone.

Ok so after speaking with a customer support guy named Scott (btw their customer service is outstanding) i will be returning this basic package (FraklinR850) and will be purchasing
the premium package. It sounds like that will fix the issues ive been having.
Which are in the evenings on some days i drop down to .50 mbps and in the mornings im pushing 5 mbps.
He compared the 2 different boxes like having a Bose speaker versus a old school boom box.
The hardware in the premuim boxes will receive a much stronger singal and put out a much better speed.
So ill let you guys know the end result

Interesting . . . I still have no complaints with my basic package, but I do have a fairly strong Sprint LTE signal. Consistently 5Mbps or higher and netflix, YouTube, and Xbox live are still working great. Let us know how much/if that new box makes a difference.

Wow, I am getting only 1.5 meg upload with Uverse. 13 megs down....
I am definitely looking into it.

The rep told me that the fraklin series will have 1 or 2 bars when the premium box will have 5 bars and that is tested with both units side by side.
I truly think that the premium box will more then please me
