Home internet / WiFi hotspots - 4G Community

I am smack dab in the middle of 4G LTE, according to the Sprint map. Seems like a no brainer, but... How do you connect Ethernet divices to it?
I have my own VOIP telephone set up, plus desktop PC.

WiFi gaming adapters or put a Wifi card in the desktop.

If you have other gear that needs LAN connections, they sell a cheap single port model on their site you can then plug into an existing switch if you have.

You might inquire about how many devices you're allowed to connect. Many of these have DHCP client limits of as little as 5 devices.

Otherwise, there are some decent options like the 4-port linksys here https://www.amazon.com/dp/B007IL6OR2/ref=sr_ob_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1487181777&sr=8-1

I've had loads of trouble with my old WAP54G AP, but the Linksys gaming adapter I use to get to my older HT gear with Ethernet only, has been rock solid.

My problem is that Hot Spot is limited to 10 devices. I have 12, so I have to have several on the hardwire.
Some, like printers, really need static IPs, so I cannot just bump them off the network.
Anyone uses Wifi to Ethernet adapter? I can turn off radio on my old Linksys router, and use it as a switch, with upstream signal via the wifi adapter....

As I posted, I use a WiFi-Ethernet (gaming) adapter for a few devices in my HT setup lacking WiFi (older receiver, Oppo BDP). It's plugged into a small switch.

I don't know about this hotspot, but I can set the DHCP subnet on my Verizon MiFi. Doing so will allow you to set static IP for devices in the same subnet that don't need internets (printers) yet you're still able to get to them. I suppose you could also setup a secondary subnet, but that slightly complicates your network and why bother if it's not really needed?

P.S. Glad I have cable and it's worth the cost. I work from home mostly, and with all the laptops, printers, desktops, mobile devices, TV's, Hoppers, and other gadgets here, including some Wink gear, we consume around 30 IP's. Reason the WAP54G is giving me trouble (overloaded).

Mine was about the same. Not good enough to warrant a change. I sent it back. Got a message yesterday saying my refund was approved. Really bummed it didn't work out.
I Should be receiving my new premium box in the mail by Friday and ill let you know how those speeds are. According to the sales rep i should see a significant difference.

I think that is what I had. It cost $413. I'm right on the edge of coverage, so I new it was a chance . My speeds were in the low 2mbs. Hope it works out better for you.

Thanks. I hope so too. It was worth a shot for you. Sorry it didn't work, since I'm right in the center of yellow I'm hoping I'll pull atleast 7-8 or maybe even 10mbps

I took our wifi device to our land in White County near Clermont. It does much better than at home near Newnan.
