I heard the other day Homeland security was getting ready to purchase 700 plus million rounds of ammo on top of the 100 plus million they have in stock. Brings round count to 2500 for each member of homeland security. I really don't think trhey are going to practice that much. My guess is it's another way of prolonging the shortages of ammo and keep the price high. The administration can't get legislation through so just buy up all the ammo. What do you think?

The ODT as a group should send letters to the CEO's of the ammo mfg's in this country and abroad. We should suggest that they show some respect for all of the civilian customers who have kept them profitable over the years and STOP bidding on these government buys and STOP shipping to middle-men who are filling these contracts.

As a former MP I'll just say stock up. Quality ammo kept cool and dry will last a long time. And there is no such thing as enough ammo.
