Most everything from cans or powder mix. Only thing homemade/ not processed is the store bought chicken breast and home grown jalapenos.

Been crazy at work haven't had a chance at my computer to type up the recipe.
Those look good. This was one of my favorite dishes that my mom would make. She used both corn and flour tortillas, depending on the day. She would quick-fry the tortillas, dip them in the red sauce, and then put the filler into them and roll them. One of them them I was quite fond of was a rather simple chopped green onion and sharp cheddar cheese filling.

Those look GREAT!! On a side note.. You still at Colony Square? I am working there and was walking around with Jarvis. Saw a cart with Allison Smith written on it snd Klein tool bag. Thought maybe it was yours.
