It was.....I use to load hay for a guy that had dual acetylene tanks for mufflers on his mid 70s Ford f100. Had a 460 in it and it sounded like it was in a tunnel idling

Yepp. We use to let the truck idle along as we throwed bales on. Then turn at the end of the field and head backWe weren’t allowed to steer. Let the truck steer itself and load hay in whatever direction the truck went. Eventually we got to steer but not early in the loading.
