I'm not finding any bulk deals, although I did find 2 companies that each have plenty in stock at $21.79/20rds.

I'm going to call my LGS tomorrow and see if they can better it. If not, I'll order at $21.79. I'm happy to add anyone's order to mine, but other than maybe saving a bit on shipping, I don't think it will drop the price any.

That's actually what it was designed to do. A quick Google search for 5.56 70gr optimized Brown tip will yield a ton of info.
