My original "Matchbox' display case is somewhere in the garage; the clear front is yellowed more than "modern" car headlights.


One of these was under the tree Christmas before last, it's hanging on my office wall.

I've had 10 mustangs but 69-70 has always been my favorite.

My mom gave all my Hot Wheels and Matchboxes to a friends' kid when I was in college. I was so mad when I found out, but hey, she was my mom.

I just started up with the Corgi collectors 'club'. First model I got was the James Bond Aston Martin that I had as a kid, complete with the ejector seat.

Not cheap at $30 per, but I love those old die casts.
