Are you referring to the 1/24 scale cars? A retired LEO owns these and had asked me to sell them for him. I think he wants $50.00 for the set of four.

I still have all the Mopars I got throughout the years. Not many at all and not sure why I’ve kept them but…
I have a somewhat small collection. Maybe around 500. Very few are from my childhood. I was a 70's kid. Dad used to buy and sell them back in the 1990s/2000s and he would bring me some now and then. He bought the Sizzler's Track at a diecast show for me. It was a Target exclusive around 20 years ago.
I think I bought maybe 4 Hot Wheels last year. I like the realistic ones.
I'll share pictures of a few individual ones later. I like those cases from Hobby Lobby to store the loose ones. I have a few carded ones on the wall in the workshop, too.

back in november i got rid of 9 cases closed and maybe 3 open. gave them away to somebody coming to pick up something else. from around 2000's ear. use to be huge into it. i still remember where i buried my brothers collection in 2 cases back in 1973. i bet its still there too. rusted up im sure but i bet its still there.
now thats odd. a japanese police car collection. please show pics. it sounds kinda cool bro.
