Hound Found At Champney Island....

Found a real hungry hound out at Champney Island yeaterday. Female with no collar and skin and bones. Might have been dumped there but might have just gotten away from her owner. If anyone knows someone looking for a hound in that area, please let them know about this post so they can ID her. Thanks!
