House pressure washing & gutter cleaning services needed....

Any ODT folk service the Cumming area? I need to prep my house for selling. The exterior needs washed along with gutter / downspouts cleaned out. I dont want Jim Bob with his uninsured brother in law to do it. I'd rather send my business to an ODT member. Either email or PM to give me a quote. Need this done in the next 2 weeks. Thanks

What's the sq ft of the home? What type siding? I owned a good sized pressure washing co back in the day and still do " side jobs" for friends and family.

Outside not sure but inside 1800 sq feet. Two story vinyl siding. But I also need someone that does gutters...

I clean gutters too, are there any guards or screens on them? How's the roof angle?

Anything higher then 2 feet is off limits for me. Got me on roof angle... I say Very Steep... Rear side of house would be worse since it's a bank ... Looks like 3-4 stories on that side... Wire mesh gutter covers... that are useless....
