How are y’all cooking your birds?

Forgive me the Cranberry jelly is still in the fridge, I forgot it. Did so much tasting could not eat the meal, this was my brides plate. Did it simple, no company or kids just bride and I..Nice and quite, Crock pot Butter ball breast, Stuffing, Mash Tatters, Sweet Potato souffle, gravy, Hawaiian Sweet rolls and Cranberry Jelly, which is still untouched in the Fridge..Happy Thanksgiving to all!

Color is nice with birchwood Casey but I find it gives the bird a slight bitter aftertaste.
