Where do you go? Who do you talk to? How do you get back to a normal baseline of reason and understanding when you life is blinded by irrational, emotion based thoughts?

if you are sane enough to question your sanity you're ok...the world is pretty nuts right now so don't expect sanity. you recognize irrational, emotionally based thoughts so put them aside and make decisions based on reason. sometimes it's reasonable the information is insane because people are nuts.
