How does this read to you?

Reads like it's owned/operated/managed by a lawyer.

And I'd like someone to tell me how to take the $40K vehicle with me. If we're really talking "valuables" and all.

The way that reads to me is that the owner and the Property Management ARE responsible for loss or damage to the vehicle, although maybe the Parking Operator is off the hook.

Now whether it's the car 'owner' or the property 'owner' being held responsible, I couldn't tell you...

That's the way I read it to. Very poorly worded.

Must be in the parking deck where my son parks.
Car ds window busted out.
Replaced one week later, car ps window busted and his suv ps window busted, along with numerous other vehicles.

WARNING! DO NOT PARK HERE!

It is actually a very upscale underground parking deck underneath a very upscale office building in midtown. The parking garage has a full time hand wash car wash on the lower level. (It is 5 levels)
