It somewhat reminds me of contractors pre 2008, those who bought beach property, new trucks, planes etc thinking the $$ would pour in forever.
I hope that some of the manufacturers saved some $$ while business was crazy good.

Its a polymer receiver with no sights. Also, although there is a mag in the picture, one's order does not appear to come with one. This gun is cheap, but not as cheap as it looks at first glance.

yep, back in 02/13 I bought a new Armalite AR-10 for $1600 from Clyde's
and I seen the S&W AR-15 was $899. Colt's were right at $1100

but in 2017 on ODT they are higher

I am holding out for a new Colt 6920 with FDE Magpul furniture for $700.00. Might not be long.

Any suggestions for an AR10 at a reasonable price? The M&P looks pretty good, and I like my M&P15...
