I understand I'm a little based on the amount of magazines one should have. Having "grown up" during the '94 AWB and watching people pay $100 for junk magazines that wouldn't even sell for $5 today, it makes me want to buy more.
My minimum amount for a battle rifle is twice what you can carry on your person. If your gear let's you carry 9, then 18 is what you need.
Similar for a defensive pistol.
All others should be 3. One to keep new, one to keep loaded with defensive ammo and one for the range.
So, what's your minimum amount of magazines and then, when is it to much?
AR-15 Magazines in a Harbour freight 3800 case ( 20 Magpul, 22 metal)
The AK-47 collection... which is lame compared to most but given the amount of AK's I have it works.
The MP5 collection. I actually need to update the photos, as I have more metal magazines and no longer have the ETS magazines.
The Glock 9mm magazines....
The remainder of my AR magazines... I actually have more 20rnders not shown that were put in the wrong spot. Total AR-15 above 300..
