Almost any smith should be able to do it. I like Bob Simms in Palmetto, Ga, but is a hour drive for you. Sometimes it is worth the drive though.
Bob has been doing the gun smithing a long time. His quality has been very good for me and the turn around is usually less than 10 days. His prices have always been fair.

Near Cumming? I have used Andy Gazaway. His shop is on Nine North Rd off Hwy 9 almost across from a WalMart.
I think he's in Alpharetta /Fulton Co , but only by a couple of miles. He's close to Cumming.
