My Wife doesn't say a darn thing.
She has her boots/shoes and I have my guns.

If she can limit herself to 12 pairs of footwear, tell her you'll limit yourself to 12 firearms.
Now "footwear" includes slippers, sandals, clogs, pumps, high heels, shower shoes, walking shoes, running / aerobics shoes, hiking boots, winter boots, tall boots...
A few months ago I counted all the "shoes" I had at home an in my vehicle and the locker at the gym-- it was about 20 pairs.

If I counted my Wife's footwear and matched it a gun for each pair, I would need at least 2 of the 64-gun safes to house the Guns I'd be entitled to. She's in the public eye a lot, so she needs a decent wardrobe. When I built her closet organizer, I made a shoe rack that'll accommodate 72 pairs of shoes. There's plenty more lying around, hanging up and placed up on shelves. I need to start buying more guns.
