I treat NFa purchases as sunk cost. Sbr lower? Sell the upper and the parts. Can? Repurpose it to do something else. The $200 in state penalty on a used can or $400 to ship out of state doesn’t make sense unless it’s a rare old clone correct somethjng, and I try not to talk to those clone people anyway.
Can you give me more details? Post #2 is in state only and out of state is a different process?
To sell out of state you’d need to first transfer the suppressor to the FFL/SOT ($200), then the FFL/SOT transfers to the new buyer ($200).
