Put an open box of uncooked rice in the safe for moisture control. It is a heck of a lot cheaper and more efficient than the electric ones.

Get a de-humidifier or rechargeable silica gel pack and bolt it through the floor. Put a metal plate under the floor between the bolts and weld the nuts to the bolts.
