What is a "ghetto" employee?

Go to any company in ATL and ask for a list of the unproductive employees. I think you catch my drift. Most of the names are made up and begin with a ridiculous prefix or end in a vowel.

Used to work for another 24 hour restaurant chain once upon a time. At an area manager meeting one of the AM's commented that when the world came to an end we would be outside the gates of hell making Krystal burgers. Not sure if the mentality is still the same there, but back then unauthorized closing was a career killer.

Ours do the same no-call, no show. And then cry racism when they get disciplined, fired, or demoted. It's so bad now, I swear they're pulling secretaries/clerical types from Marta train stops. NEVER in my life have I seen employees fist fighting in the workplace, pulling their weaves out of each other's hair. Oh, and about once every six months a young manz and young womanz get caught having sex in a stairwell.
