My friend,a retired game warden in another state,has a large lake on family property.Otters found it and pretty much cleaned the fish out,then moved on.It took some years for the lake to recover on its own.I agree that otters need to be removed from a body of water that they can destroy.Same as coyotes on dry land.I used to feel bad about killing coyotes,but I no longer feel too bad about it,as I see what is happening to our deer fawns.So,what do ya` want,fish,or otters?

I it were me in the hypothetical situation, I would use a hypothetical red light and shine for eyes in the late night. I might even go by a hypothetical grocery store and get a few fish and put em on the bank and wait for em.

Why would you want to wack the otter? I would brag to people that I had one as a pet! Besides, I hear they aren't very judgmental, like when you get hammered, and pass out by the pond.

So fish on the bank? I thought about some canned salmon. Are the active at night? I could just Google this, but the odt hypothetical answer are much better.
