We hosted their National Matches last week at the club in Macon. 128 competitors battled it out Tuesday for the top twenty spots on the line for the "short round" on Wednesday to determine rankings. 36 rounds for record, three position, small bore match. I have the best group of volunteer members of any club in Georgia, work horses, every one of them.
The staff from the National Junior High School Rodeo Association who manage and conduct the matches are all top notch professionals who really care about what they're doing.
The young people were outstanding, well raised by good parents. Compliments to them all! They've restored my faith in America a little.
