Been down that road before.. Simply call her Mrs / Miss Brown, introduce yourself and say you can call me "..... " how would you like to be addressed? She pronounces her name.. or IF She does not... you can go over her INformation and say.. can you give me your full name, for HR.. Prounounce and spell it please.. so I ensure it is correct. ( )
