I need a Scar expert, historian

I have what I think is a VERY rare Scar 16S. I am looking for more information and if anyone out there can help I would
appreciate it.

Here is what I know about it to date:
- It is a FN Herstal Belgium Scar 16S
- It is black
- The serial number is LC149## indicating it was the 149th black scar made in Belgium
- The box it came in says "Made in Belgium"
- The finish on the gun is smooth, not textured.
- It was issued to a police department so it is military grade
- It has German trade marks stamped on the barrel
- The box itself is a unicorn.

I would appreciate anyone that might be able to shed some more light on this thing. Some history maybe,
is it as rare as I think it is, value, etc.

And why is the box a unicorn? Bought and sold all mine with the box...
