Let me know what you think. I made some from venison a few weeks back using this recipe. All I can say is....it didn't last long!!

Just wanted to let you know I filled up the dehydrator with 3 batches using your recipe. Turned out great although next time I'm going to cut back on the cayenne pepper just a little bit. It's going fast, won't last long at this rate.

Just a hint......Dry the deer meat out and pull right before it gets all the way firmed up. As it cools it will harden up and be the right consistency. If not it will be too brittle and dry. It will come off almost black as well.

I do it the lazy way using store bought seasonings,ground meat and a giant caulk gun to extrude it
