Looks legit, I could have just saved $80 bucks if I’d thought of this.
As if that high scope would ever zero anyway. 
If he's got it tilted just right, it might be able to be acheive a near zero....... of 400 yards
BTW. Awful movie.
I particularly like the position of this scope, splits the difference between traditional and scout. Was probably a special order to acquire that specific eye relief. Probably why he had to save money on the mounts.
And that right there is what makes our job so difficult lol.... the pause button.
I guarantee someone was right behind that poor prop guy yelling "that rifle needs a scope, or something"...
And don't act like you haven't seen some **** like that for sail here.
Later in the movie, the main character is using what looks like this same rifle (a .22 LR lever action in my opinion) with a traditional, TASCO rimfire tube scope mounted WAY forward of the action on the barrel, as you'd place a long eye relief optic.
I can't believe the actors don't look at the props and say, "Oh, **** no. I'm not going to be made to look a doofus by using that piece of shyte rig."

Try making a movie based off of a comic that's had a cult following for decades.
