I don't drive a Ford and never have, although my Father was Ford all the way. You guys know that Berry College is here in Rome because of Henry Ford. The 2nd largest College per square mile in the US, second to Michigan State University, (Ford Country). That being said Martha Berry was Henry Ford's Mistress here in the South. As for GM, and the others being government funding, you all had a hand in that, if you work and pay taxes, for us General Motors fans, we thank you. Guess what you couldn't do anything about that, but I will say this if you won a GMC Truck on a raffle, you'd be a new man with a different outlook.

Dodge transmissions ain't any better. When I worked at the auto salvage in Bonaire I got more calls about Ram transmissions than any other trucks.

Bro drives a Ram with 50k miles and tranny is shot. I've beat my Explorer like a roommate that owes me money and I've hauled heavy loads and always driven that bitch like I stole it. 239,000 miles and still running no problems. Never even changed the transmissiin fluid.

I will say this if you won a GMC Truck on a raffle, you'd be a new man with a different outlook.

I bought a new 2009 GMC Crew and never carried it back for anything. Can't answer that question. Didn't need it. I even bought the extended warranty, didn't use it either.

Every brand has it's issues. Our one and only ever new Ford vehicle had major issues. I had a three ring binder of paperwork from the service department at the dealership with all the trips it had there. Not minor stuff but major stuff including a transmission rebuild at 37,000 miles. Biggest POS I've ever had.
