Four hours of surgery later my Mom is doing fine. Even at 90 she
is a tough old bird. We used to call her Sargent growing up. She kept nine kids in line so
I guess she earned the title. Was also one of the best shots I knew growing up.
Anyway, the surgery is done and now it is the long road to recovery. I'm sure it
won't be easy but she will get there. Just wanted to give the update and say again
how much I appreciate everybody's thoughts and prayers. Hope I never have to
return the favor but will do in a heart beat.
