Brookshire. Neighbor told me there were 3 builders all told. Which is odd because it’s a small neighborhood.

I almost had the closing for the new house fall through after selling my house. Not a good situation.

Deal fell through for our next house years ago forcing the wife and I to move to our boat for a month or so. (Pre kids of course). That was a fun month although she wasn’t too happy.

Nothing about those. An expansion tank, weep holes, a gutter nail, and 1 faulty outlet or something like that. Enough to justify his job but nothing serious.
