Hey guys this may be a little long but PLEASE read. I'm trying find some help any will be appreciated from a name drop to just a simple lead. I have been working for my current company for 2 1/2 years I love my job (Peachstate Auto Glass) but we are small company and the pay isnt great and now thanks to Obamacare they have moved us all to contract labor. I am trying to find a better job one that will allow me to better provide for my family. I am married and have a one year old son. I used to be a firefighter part time for 2 years but have always been more interested in law enforcement and in march of this year I got a job offer from Hayes State Prison but my wife and my mother begged me not to take it. My step father who is a regional manager for a propane company told me he would hire me in July (This month) but when it came time they refused to approve the position he needed to hire me so this has left me high and dry. I've applied with several Sheriff's department in the north ga area over the last week but as you all know government jobs are extremely difficult to get right now. I am asking for any help big or small right now I understand you don't know me and before you consider helping me I have referances, job history (i've always had no issue holding a job), certifications, and educational history i can give you to review. I just need a break. Like I said any kind help will be greatly appreciated thank you all so much.

The metro Atlanta area is always hiring, have you considered trying several of those departments?

Not really. If you are going contract, you get a ton of write offs that you need to take advantage of. Down side is, you will need a CPA.
