Nothing that a MOP wont handle, 30,000 pounds will go through 22 feet of reinforced concrete.

The US military has been tracking this for over a decade. You should google China ICBM locations though. Pretty wild.

How useful will the underground bases be when they are turned into underground tombs from bombing?

I imagine the whole point of having them underground is to minimize bombing impact.

If(how) they're built properly to resist bunker buster or smart/guided bombs would be the interesting part.

You don't have to penetrate the bunker. Ya just need to collapse the entrance...how hard is it to find a runway next to a mountain using a satellite?
