I've been out of long range rifle shooting a while since covid years for multiple reasons. Used to be a Creekside member, I was thinking about Adairsville now, but noticed it's now gone from the internet (URL is available for sale). Rome requires two current members recommending you, and I don't know a sole up there. Chestnut Mountain is a crapshoot, OK when empty, scary when busy. So with Adairsville shut down also ? Is there any other North Georgia (an hour or so from Woodstock) ranges. Governors' is close but was sort of constricted (indoor 100) and PITA.

Almost lost my life there a couple of times, never again. Governor's only has two 100 yard lanes in the basement and it's all electronic. Not fun. There's really nowhere close to shoot long range around here sadly.
There's the Floyd County Wildlife Club that has outdoor ranges, but it's been awhile since I've been out that way. Check it out if you don't mind a little drive from Cherokee county.

River bend. Got to a few public events/matches to get to know some people. It's the closest to Woodstock and there's a lot of good ppl.
www.CohuttaPines.com is straight up 411 off of 75. 4 shooting bays, hosts top tier instructors and is private membership only. I also live in Woodstock so I know the pain
Chestnut mountain, get there early and leave early.
The Adairsville range is closed and he moved to Florida, its owned privately now
