Is it criminal to buy guns just to resale at a (high) profit?

Ok, I have seen this post get very heated.

I never said it was a law in GA. I said I "believe" it might apply to a handgun and not Longguns.

I do know that some states, VA for one, do had laws with a limit of HG purchase within one month and the VA law was changed 7/2/2012

After 19 years, the one-handgun-a-month law that ended Virginia's reputation as the East Coast arsenal for criminals has passed quietly into history.

[h=2]Purchasing of Firearms[/h]Georgia has only 2 laws that regulate the purchasing of firearms. All other purchasing laws come from Federal law. The BATFE has a reference page that explains those laws (at that site, when the BATFE says "licensed" they mean firearm dealers and "unlicensed" means private individuals).
Straw Purchase / Anti-Bloomberg Law - Any person who attempts to solicit, persuade, encourage, or entice any dealer to transfer or otherwise convey a firearm other than to the actual buyer, as well as any other person who willfully and intentionally aids or abets such person, shall be guilty of a felony. (16-11-113)
Furnishing a Pistol to a Minor - It is illegal to sell or give a pistol or revolver to a person under 18 years old. Possession of handguns by minors is only allowed as explained in the Possession section above. (16-11-101.1)

Why would the IRS want you to report income from a garage sale? Everything you sell would be sold at a loss from what you originally paid for it. And **** the IRS anyways, through the government, they are just going to give the money to a welfare recipient to spend a garage sales anyways.
