Correct but if I have a garage sale and sold more then 400 bucks at the sale I must report such income...Do you not know what the word INCOME MEANS???

Not so, he keeps trying to say he can raise money without reporting such income but income rather it be from a 9-5 job or picking up trash, or cutting grass for someone, or fixing someones car,or hauling scrap metal off,or having a yard sale, or selling your wife at cleveland ave is all form of income...
