Is Keltec the Waffle House waitress of guns?

I think a P32 is my next purchase. I’ll add a laser that mounts to the trigger guard & find what Ammo it likes for 100% reliability. They are still the lightest, thinnest,BUG in 32ACP. Should be able to conceal that in almost anything & weighs 10-11 Oz fully loaded. I have a PMR30,and want a CMR30 to match. Perfect duo to get you out of a sticky situation & both use same mags. Are they AK/SKS reliable..? Heck Naw.! Are they reliable under occaisional use(CCW)…? I think so…

Kel Tec is the big titty goth chick of guns.

Nah, that's a line that applies to some
braced pistols / PDW's.

A Kel-Tec is ugly like:

Why the .32 version when the 380 is available for the same price and is the same size and weight?
You just give up one round of magazine capacity to get a significantly bigger bullet with more energy to deliver on target.

Seeing the Shot Show 2025 57 Keltec makes me wonder, are they the waffle House waitress of guns?

They ain't pretty and rather unaesthetically shaped, but they work and aim to please...
Talking about not being pretty and rather unaesthetically shaped. The waffle House on the corner of Powder Springs Road and East-West Connector we used to visit after drinking at Buckhead when it was the good Buckhead. It was just waitress there named jelly Bean and she must have weighed 400 on the hoof. No kidding! But you pretty much summed it up in that post. 🤣

P32 is regarded as much more reliable than the P3AT…esp. IF used with FMJ Ammo,or with the “anti-rim lock” kit installed in the mag,to allow HP Ammo to run 100%. 32 ACP should also be more manageable than hot 380 loads..allowing for more accurate shot placement…which,in my mind..trumps the few extra ft/lbs of energy the 380 offers. Hot 380 loads,in a featherweight gun are tough for me to shoot accurately, esp the follow up shot(s). Just my thoughts..

Fair enough -- I chose a compact 9 mm over a compact 40 caliber for the same reason, even though I think .40 is a better manstopper.

About the Kel-Tecs, by the way, I've had both the P 32 and a P3AT and I find the .380 recoil and nuzzle flip are manageable.
