Tubular Bullets?
Just back from the range where we got into a conversation about tubular bullets. That's right... bullets with a hole right thru the middle down the length of the bullet! Seems they use some kind of sabot device or a disc on the back of the bullet that is blown away when the bullet leaves the...www.handgunforum.net
Black Talons were never "illegal". the Manufacture just pulled them and renamed them as "Ranger" or something similar and sold to "LE" only. IIRC, PMC Starfire are about the same thing as black talons.
They changed the coating color and renamed it Ranger SXT (Same X-act Thing)
