I looked through the regulations for this year and did not see any mention of a minimum draw weight for deer hunting. Does anyone know?

I don't believe there is a minimum

That kind of thing is going to be different for everybody.

I know some states do have a required minimum draw weight and did not know if there was one for GA. My 8 and 9 year old keep asking to go hunting is why I was asking.

there is no minimum draw weight for bowhunting in GA....but I would say at least a 35# set up shooting superlites and 85gr broadhead and have great shot placement. My son hunts with a 45# with 100gr muzzy mx4's on beaman 400's and he shoots well but even with that set up at 20-25 yards you can count off 1-2 seconds from release to target.
