I think there's a pretty incontrovertible witness what will prove the gentleman said 'goodbye' and was on his way out of the park within 2m:13s of the initial contact by the security guard. It's going to be hard to make the case that time was unreasonable for someone engaged in a conversation with the guard.

The more i read the police report i keep thinking they probably should have charged him with this also

Having to ask this guy multiple times his DOB. . . . yeah should have!!

Thats my bad! I realized this after the fact...whoever the guy is I wish him the best! More people shoulf stand up for their rights instead of rolling over to authority. Be polite and as respectful as u can but dont take crap just cause they have a badge or uniform! Know your gun/carry laws so you can be prepared when these incidents happen. Just my. 02
